My profile is of interest and I'm invited for an interview. This is the time to explain my career path and demonstrate my potential and motivation. I'll find out about the prospects for career development within SINTEGRA, which may be offered to me. It's also the perfect time to ask questions about my future position or about the company.

Good news: I'm part of the SINTEGRA adventure!<br>I'll receive a request for the documents I need to draw up my contract. After that, I'll receive all the documents relating to my employment.

It’s D-Day!

I’m welcomed by my manager, who helps me with my integration.

I receive my recruitment pack, comprising all my administrative documents (contract, health insurance, provident fund, etc.) and a little kit to get my experience at SINTEGRA off to a good start.

I visit the agency and am introduced to the team I’ll be joining.
